	Me proporcionaron el servicio que necesitaba, y ante los problemas que hubo (no había disponibilidad en un refugio, cogieron en otro, pero yo pedí camping en el primero) gestionaron mi petición y todo fue correcto. Tanto por correo como por llamada.
	El sobre con todos los tickets y demás tardó en llegar y hubo un momento de incertidumbre... También creo que la información en general (dónde ir y qué hacer exactamente) podría ser más precisa ya que no cambia (hablo de Torres del Paine), pero bien en general

refugios not communicating there was no heat at Grande and Cuernos during offseason. The phone sometimes loops and then hangs up on you before you can get ahold of someone.

La coordinación de todos los servicios fue buena. Cuando llegamos a Puerto Natales nos tenían todos los pasajes y reservas bien ordenadas. Se agradece ya que no tuvimos ningún problema.

	Excelente, mis felicitaciones por la preocupación y el interés hacia para hacer un mejor servicio.
	En el campamento "El Chileno" la cena estuvo muy mal, la carne muy dura y el arroz crudo; hecho del cual lo represente al maestro de cocina y de la que me manifestó que eso se debió a la tardanza de la entrega de los alimentos por parte de la empresa contratada en la entrega de los recursos alimenticios.

	We really enjoyed the trip and our package. Thank you. The service in refugios was the one part we did not enjoy. I think you all already know that there is sometimes bad service and also very bad overpriced services. Other than that the rest was fine, it was easy to navigate the trails and to continue with our planned trip. Thank you.
	The refugios are run badly. There are rules that are asked of clients but the staff does not follow. Overpriced services and low quality service was not what we wanted. We understand it is hiking in the woods and resources are limited but lower prices and better quality are possible.

I did not use the phone because my cell does not work internationally. It was very good that I got replies to my emails so quickly. I booked the 5 day w trek and first thought your price was a lot. After seeing how much fantastico sur charge per night I was very happy with what I paid. You should provide a link or something to show how much things cost (eg 1 night full board at a refugio) if you don't book with visitchile.

	The service and response time we received by email from Gianina were great, Thanks a lot. The trip was also a fantastic experience
	Unfortunately, the first option was booked out while we were communicating, so a way to hold offers for 24-48 hours would be great, though I know it is not easy.

It was stunningly beautiful!!!

We were not told that we'd be in a tent at Los Quernos. We chose to upgrade to a cabana. The water in the showers was either burning hot or freezing cold.
