Hugo provided us with outstanding service and information. He worked very hard on our behalf to make we had a good hotel and outstanding tours on Easter Island. He was amazingly quick with his replies. He called us in the U.S. to make sure flight dates worked with our existing travel schedule. The entire package he put together for us worked perfectly. 	The hotel Altiplanico was an excellent choice. The location was good - an easy walk along the cliffs into town, the sunset views were excellent. The staff very friendly and the food excellent. The Aku Aku transfers and tours were great. Our guide was the best and was very knowledgeable about the island and its history. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire stay. Thanks
	Had we known more about the more remote areas of the island we might have rented a car. Maybe suggest some extra excursions available for walking or by car.

	Muy buena experiencia, se cumplieron míos expectativas. El único punto a mejores que no confirmaron el horario de recogida del hotel el día del traslado al aeropuerto, sin embargo el personal del hotel lo resolvió satisfactoriamente.
	Sólo sugeriría que se confirmen los traslados en el taxi con un poco mas de anticipación para sus clientes internacionales, ya que los vuelos salen en ocasiones con un día de anticipación y la hora de confirmación del traslado fue un poco estresante porque se hizo el mismo día que salía mi vuelo para llegar a Santiago desde México.

	We spent the 6 days/5 nights in Easter Island, good tours of full 2 days with a dinner show in Hanga Roa, very friendly tourguide (Christina) & driver (Neil), nice hotel near the beach & town... Love it. Love Chile. We will visit Patagonia next year.
	No, complaints but took us 30 hours to get there and 30 hours to get back home, LAX-IAH-BOG-SCL-IPC-SCL-BOG-IAH-LAX.

Excelentes los guías tienen completo conocimiento sobre todo, no sólo de la historia en si, sino que de lo que uno pregunte. Talvez podrían adaptarse un poco más al grupo etario en algunas ocasiones los guías iban muy rápidos y la gente mayor camina más lento

	Muy conforme con el servicio entregado. No tuve que preocuparme por nada durante mi viaje ya que todo estaba coordinado. Todo fue muy rápido en cuanto al trámite de compra del paquete y una vez allá disfrute mi estadía sin Preocuparme por pagos ni papeleos. Excelente servicio
	Corroborar servicios y calidad de los hoteles. Tuve inconvenientes con el agua caliente de la ducha en el hotel que me hospedé que no se solucionó porque no era un problema por desperfecto. Todas las habitaciones tenían el mismo problema( poca presión de agua, no salía agua caliente)

Now that my sister and I have returned from our trip to Easter Island, I wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had. The arrangements made by visit.chile.com were wonderful. That, of course, means you! You always responded quickly to my inquiries and with helpful answers. The hotel was a real bargain with friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room and lovely gardens. We couldn't have been happier there. The tours on Rapa Nui were superb. Our guide, Samuel Atan Tuki, was knowledgeable, humorous, easy going and helped people enjoy each other although we spoke many different languages. I tried to enter a review for your agency and for the motel online but don't know if they went through or not. I hope they did because I would encourage people to visit Rapa Nui and other parts of Chile and use visitchile.com

For a trip to Easter Island in Sept it would be good to know that there could be several days with heavy rain. We were not prepared with hooded raincoats. Luckily for us we had enough days to reschedule 2 tours. Others, on shorter trips, would not be able to reschedule.
